DESIGNISTIC COLLECTIVISM
This is more than a single space against the individualization, seeking for the customization of common thoughts.
I´ve decided to name it (trying to translate) DESIGNISTIC COLLECTIVISM, due to collectivism: Is a term used to describe the focus of a group (attitudes and behaviors based on the belief that unity lies in a group, not individuals), as well as knowing that any group is made of individuals, who serves his own interest serving the group interests, and in other words, while the group is successful, all members of the group thrive.
Designing for some, may be just translating their thinking of "the solution" through a process of observation and research alternatives. The word "design" goes beyond, concerns the creation and development process to produce a new medium (object, process, service, knowledge or environment); referring to the sign, design is a sign of communication searching for an application.
And ... What is your major? "Industrial Design"… mmmm… "Well (I usually reply, to leave so annoying question I never find a complete response), well, the industrial design allows me to configure products ... all the objects we use ... trying to communicate with them an ideal reality through a message "(WTF?). Sometimes depending on who is asking, or some others inside my mind: "In addition (with a mental smile, remembering what Klaus Krippendorff proposes in his book" The semantic turn " user-centered design + technology) designers also speak of systems, languages, cultures, experiences, identities, customs, languages, contexts, scenarios, projects, ideas, activities, habits, strategies and a lot more of different possibilities. "
When I finished my speech, and after receiving amazing weird faces always reflecting gestures of surprise, or disbelief ... "And ... yes … You know everything can be designed, in fact design has always been there, spontaneously or as a conscious process. "(That's good for me to feel that I can achieve what I cannot explain).
Design is the integration of technical, social and economic requirements, biological needs, psychological and material effects, shape, color, volume and the space of ideas, all designed and related to the environment; this (environment) may imply the high ethical responsibility design and designers do have. A good starting point for understanding this phenomenon is to review how the systems theory provides a broad overview of this topic.
Gui Bonsiepe argues that design should be done from the different groups that compose the contexts in which they live. And this action should enhance the growth and consolidation of society.
Edgar Morin in "Siete saberes para la education del futuro", highlights some characteristics as essentials to achieve objectives: teamwork, aside complacency and fear of error, let go off the frustration of the word "NO" , and all behavior that may act negatively in the groups construction. If some of these characteristics affect the environment in which we live is just pure coincidence ...
My interests as a designer are set primarily in education, health, society and sports as a field of intervention. I enjoy every stage in the process of design: brainstorming, sketching, failures, criticism, successes, ideas created by my own persuasion (I need to believe in what I design), prototyping, usability testing, and think about the interactions that design provides without thinking it in an industry perspective?

And DESIGNISTIC:
-Ic: suffix of adjectives meaning “relevancy”, “related to” Agnostic, touristic.
